The Daughter Of The Sea（此時燈光很暗，背景音樂Caribbean Blue播放20秒左右開始念旁白，旁白結束之前演員就位，旁白念完燈光恢復，背景音樂結束。）旁白:In the deepest of the ocean stands the castle of the Sea King.His mother is a very wise woman,and he has 6 beautiful daughters,but the youngest was the prettiest of them all,and like all the others, she had no feet,and her body ended in a fish's tail.They often made their old grandmother tell them all she knew of the ships and of the towns,the people and the animals out of the sea.女兒們：When can we rise up out of sea?龍祖母: When you have reached your fifteenth year,you will have permission to rise up out of the sea,to sit on the rocks in the moonlight,while the great ships are sailing by and then you will see both forests and towns.（退場時全部從右邊下）（念旁白時播放音樂Ave Maria一直到五女兒說完話）旁白：How time flies ! Five of these daughters had reached out of the sea , and saw many beautiful things. (上場全部從右上從左下）大女兒：Oh , what a beautiful day!I can hear the music ,I can play with ship .I see the big animals on the shore. That』s horse !二女兒：Wa oh … The sun looks like a flower.The color of the sun is red.Who painted the wonderful sun?三女兒：Where is it? Oh I rise up.I see the children playing on shore.I want to play with them.四女兒：Oh ,I arrive another world.It is different from my home .But I』m afraid of whales.五女兒：What a surprise! All the world is white .In the deep sea, there are many kinds of flowers .but why there are many white flowers. Oh,no! It』s snow.大女兒：Although the scene is wonderful .But our home is the best.女兒們：Yes…We must go home!（從左上從右下） 旁白:At last the youngest princess reached her fifteenth year.（人魚和祖母從右上，可以邊走邊說話，到舞台中央時開始裝扮）龍祖母:"Well,now,you are grown up,so you must let me adorn you like your other sisters.Take these great oysters to attach themselves to your tail,it will show your high rank.小人魚：（有點痛苦的表情）Oh,they hurt me!（接著得意的笑）Pride must suffer pain. (說完話燈光變暗，人魚向舞台左邊走不用下，祖母從右下。念旁白時播放音樂Tia Dalma到王子被公主救走時結束。旁白念到合適時候王子上，表演時可以轉一圈倒地，人魚過去攙扶他到舞台左側）旁白: But when the little mermaid rose to the surface of the water,the dreadful storm destroied a ship and the handsome prince was dropped in the sea.小人魚：Oh,my God!Hold on!（去救王子前）小人魚：（上岸後）I think someone will come and save you.You will be fine.（此時發現公主來了，從右上）Ok,I』ve to go.（人魚在遠處看）公主：（走到岸邊突然發現王子）It』s a prince .But why he lies on the shore?（走近搖晃他）Wake up! Wake up…王子：（昏迷後醒來，十分虛弱，說完話後再次昏迷）I met a storm.My people...公主：Please calm down,you will be okey.小人魚：祝你好運，我會再見到你的。（人魚從左下） （龍母從右上，人魚從左上跑到龍母跟前）小人魚：Dear grandmother,I have fallen in love with a human being.I must find him!龍母:Oh my dear!It's impossible!You are a fish and he is a human being!If you go with him you won't be happy.小人魚：(crying) Oh grandmother, I beg you ! I beg you !龍母：好了我的孩子，別難過了。今晚我們要開一個宴會，要開心的玩兒啊。（龍母轉身向左離開去宴會，走三到五步時播放音樂Tow Hornpipes Tortuga，姐姐們喝酒、游戲、跳舞，人魚原地傷心，幾秒鍾後人魚憂傷的從左退場，再過幾秒姐姐們從右退場，音樂結束） （燈光暗，巫婆從右上來後（就站在舞台偏右的位置），人魚從左上）小人魚：（自言自語）I have no choice.小人魚：（膽怯）I know you can help me!巫婆：Yeah,I know what you want,it is very stupid of you, but you shall have your way,and it will bring you to sorrow, my pretty princess.小人魚：I must get rid of my fish's tail, and to have two legs instead of it,like human beings on earth.Only in this way I can live with my prince.巫婆：But you must use your most precious thing as the payment.You have the sweetest voice of any who dwell here in the depths of the sea,so I will cut your tongue!小人魚：(考慮一下) Ok,e!（人魚割完舌頭後心裡話由旁白來完成，人魚負責表演）（這一幕結束，燈光暗，巫婆從右下，人魚拿著葯瓶慢慢從左下。下一幕，人魚從左上） 小人魚：王子，我終於可以來找你了。（喝, 忍受不了劇痛倒下）
（王子帶衛兵上，左右方向隨便）王子：Here is a girl.What』s wrong with you?Take her to the palace.（衛兵把人魚抬到舞台中央的後部或舞台的一側，然後退場。王子看著人魚躺了一會醒來，開始念旁白，兩人相愛） （燈光暗，念旁白時播放音樂Swanheart 23秒或者到旁白結束）旁白：The prince fell in love with her at first glance,and few days later they fell in love. One day,the little mermaid looked at the prince with her beautiful eyes,as to say...小人魚：（旁白）I have been here for a long time.Do you love me the best of them all?王子:（微笑，無奈）You have the best heart, and you are the most devoted to me. You are like a young maiden whom I once saw, but whom I shall never meet again. My ship met a storm and the waves took me ashore.A maidens found me on the shore and saved my life. I saw her but twice, and she is the only one in the world whom I could love.But you are like her, and you have almost driven her image out of my mind.小人魚：（自言自語）He didn』t know that it was I who saved his life. He loves her better than he loves me.（此時靜靜地低頭，轉身，走兩步後緊跟著念旁白。公主從左上） 旁白：It』s unfortune to the little mermaid,the princess also found the prince,and she also loved him very much.王子：（對公主）It was you who saved my life when I lay dead on the beach.（人魚很吃驚，猛然轉身）You will be my bride,and we will be together forever.王子：（對人魚）Oh, I am too happy,my fondest hopes are all fulfilled. You will rejoice at my happiness for your devotion to me is great and sincere.公主：When will we get married?王子：（興奮）Soon!旁白：The little mermaid felt her heart were already broken. His wedding morning would bring death to her, and she would change into the foam of the sea.（一幕結束，燈光暗，王子公主從左下，人魚從右下） （音樂Tennessee播放6秒鍾後開始旁白。此時燈光整體偏暗，或者人魚的位置燈光稍強，但不能用特寫燈光。王子等人站在舞台中間偏左黃金分割點處，人魚從右上就站在觀眾能看見的右側角落。婚禮過程中人魚做著各種絕望的表情動作，慢慢走來走去）旁白：All the church bells rung,the wadding was begun.牧師：Prince,are you pleased to marry the princess and love her forever?王子：Yes,I will.牧師：And princess, are you pleased to marry the prince and share the happiness and sorrow with him?公主：Yes, I am.牧師：Change the rings.Ok.Now you have got married ,you should take care of each other from now on! Amen!王子：（微笑，輕聲）Let』s go,my bride. （走到舞台中央坐下）（燈光偏暗，播放音樂Theme from Armageddon，念旁白。要注意音樂到該念下一個旁白時停，如果播放到2分23秒時也停）旁白：The little mermaid sitted at the seashore and waited her death.Suddenly she saw her sisters rising out of the flood.（姐姐們從右上）小人魚：（吃驚地看著姐姐們，旁白）Why you come here?Where is your beautiful hair?姐姐們：（一人一句）We have given our hair to the witch to obtain help for you,that you may not die tonight.She has given us a knife.Before the sun rises you must plunge it into the heart of the prince.When the warm blood falls upon your feet they will grow together again, and form into a fish's tail, and you will be once more a mermaid,you won』t change into the foam!小人魚：en...（姐姐們從右下，對人魚圓圈燈光特寫，在變成泡沫時停用） （王子與公主從左上，散步到樹下，然後睡著了。人魚拿刀過來）小人魚：(cry)I can』t,I can』t do it.I love you,you will be happy forever.（刀在手中顫抖，低頭吻額頭,無奈而痛苦的扔刀子，然後坐在一邊坦然的向天空凝視，眼神平靜而充滿希望，念下句旁白時變泡沫） （念旁白，播放音樂Somersault直到整個話劇結束。變泡沫時躺下，最好王子和公主能遮住）旁白：The sun rose above the waves,and its warm rays fell on the cold sea,on the little mermaid,on this brand new day!王子：（醒來）（朦朧 微笑 好奇）Oh look,so much foam in the air.公主：(醒來) （朦朧 微笑）Yeah,it』s beautiful.
