1.do re mi
首歌是音樂劇《音樂之聲》（1965年初搬上銀幕）里的插曲之一。同名故事片《音樂之聲》描寫的是生性活潑、不安心當修女的姑娘瑪麗亞。故事發生在第二次世界大戰前的奧地利，實習修女瑪麗亞到一個海軍上校家裡當家庭教師並逐漸獲得七個孩子的喜愛。最後，上校也愛上了她並與她結婚。
這首歌是瑪麗亞帶著上校的七個孩子出去遊玩時教他們唱的。有趣的是，瑪麗亞讓這七個孩子按年齡大小代表哆 咪發嗦拉梯這七個音符。瑪麗亞用日常生活中常見的詞語幫助孩子們記音符，效果很好。
