7 Years是丹麥樂團Lukas Graham的歌曲，收錄在其第二張錄音室專輯Lukas Graham (Blue Album)中。樂隊由主唱Forchhammer、鼓手Mark Falgren、貝斯手Magnus Larsson、鍵盤手Kasper Daugaard組成。

這個樂隊略有個性，舞台上經常有些奇奇怪怪的表現。同時他的這首7 years在現場表演時已經從13年就開始唱了，唱了兩年了，一直沒有出CD版，直到最近這一年才出。

歌詞小學生作文水平，矯情做作，看似寫出一個人的一生，其實內里空回無一物，不過是些流答水賬而已，跟同為寫人生的heart of gold相比簡直不值一提，旋律雖然初聽很抓耳，卻非常容易膩，就是典型的所謂的口水歌，歌手的唱功也是so so，低音發揮的不太行。

創作背景

《7 Years》來源於樂隊主唱盧卡斯·葛拉漢的人生經歷以及對未來的美好憧憬。歌詞中最終將他的年齡寫到60歲是因為其父親在61歲時去世了，他需要過這一道坎並相信未來。

這首歌的內容是關於成長的，特別是當他30歲或60歲的時候，或者當他有孩子或妻子的時候，做一個好父親是盧卡斯覺得最重要的事情，而他最大的夢想就是不要去做一個消極的老傢伙。
